Management team
Our executive management team bring together many years of experience from a range of projects, both in the nuclear industry and from elsewhere. With a blend of talent from the UK and America, the executive team are well placed to bring innovation and success to Magnox South.
Mark Lesinski, Managing Director
Mark moved to the UK from America early in 2005 to take up a senior position at the Hinkley Point A Decommissioning Site in Somerset. He became Site Director there in October 2005 and in 2008 was appointed the Chief Nuclear Operating Officer for Magnox South, before becoming Managing Director in August 2008.
He has more than 30 year’s experience in the nuclear industry at numerous sites throughout the USA where he held a number of senior appointments at both commercial and government facilities. Listing safety and efficiency as his driving goals, Mark has a wide range of experience in operations, major plant retrofits and nuclear decommissioning projects, where he developed a reputation for leadership, innovation and safe delivery.
Ray Jepps, Chief Nuclear Operating Officer

Born in Surrey, Ray started his 30 year career when he joined the Central Electricity Generating Board in 1974 as a general services labourer at Dungeness. He moved on to undertake a range of industrial, technical and managerial roles at both Dungeness and Berkeley Centre.
In 2004, he became Site Manager of Bradwell, before holding the same position at Sizewell A. Following a spell as EHSSQ Director, Ray became Chief Nuclear Operating Officer in August 2008.
Sean Sargent, Berkeley Site and Support Office Director
Sean joined Magnox South as Site Director of Berkeley and the Magnox South Support Office in September 2009. He has worked with Magnox South since 2004 at Hinkley Point A and more recently as the Magnox South Chief of Staff.
A civil engineer, Sean has more than 13 years experience in the nuclear industry. He also has a number of years experience in maritime civil engineering projects.
Dick Sexton, Bradwell Site Director

Dick has more than 25 years of leadership experience successfully directing nuclear organisations engaged in project delivery, production, operations, decommissioning, radiological protection, industrial safety, quality assurance, reactor operations, waste management, environmental protection, stakeholder and regulator interface, and programme controls.
He has previously worked on a number of decommissioning projects including the Windscale piles project in Cumbria, as well as at sites in America such as Rocky Flats, Connecticut Yankee and Fort Saint Vrain. Dick joined Bradwell as Site Director in October 2008.
Mark England, Dungeness A Site Director
Mark joined Dungeness as Deputy Site Director before taking on the Site Director role in 2007. He has more than 18 years experience in nuclear decommissioning, having been involved in this area from its infancy. He has a track record of bidding, delivering and troubleshooting a vast array of competitively tendered projects for a wide range of clients.
Brian Hughes, Hinkley Point A Site Director

Brian joined the industry as a graduate engineer at Dounreay in 1982. He has since held a number of roles such as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Operations Shift Manager, Production Manager and Operations Manager at a number of different sites. These include Chapelcross, ;Berkeley Centre, Bradwell and Sizewell A.
Most recently he was Plant Manager at Sizewell A, before working on a company project ahead of joining Hinkley Point as Site Director in early 2009.
Paul Wilkinson, Sizewell A Site Director

Paul was promoted to the role of Site Director in 2008, having previously held roles as Deputy Site Director, Waste Manager, Transition Manager, Defuelling and Decommissioning Manager and Head of Operational Standards at Sizewell A. With more than 30 years experience in the industry, he has also worked at Bradwell Site in Essex.
